Free initial consultation

Before you book your first session, you’ll need to schedule a free 10-minute initial consultation with me, where we can discuss your reasons for seeking therapy. This will give us more information about whether we’ll be a good fit, and if I’ll be the best therapist for your needs.

I offer in-person sessions at my practice, or online sessions via video call.

If you’ve already had a free initial consultation, please use the booking widget below:

  • If you’ve had an initial consultation, but you haven’t had an assessment session, please ensure that you book an Assessment Session (in-person or video)
  • If you’ve had an assessment session, and I’ve confirmed that I can accept you as a patient, feel free to book a regular Therapy Session (in-person or video). You can also book regular sessions in packs of 4 for a discount.

After you’ve selected your preferred time and date, you can pay by credit card.
